Bricks Value Hub provides an online platform offering trading tools, value lists, and market analysis for use within the Roblox game Sailor Piece. Our services include a free tier and a paid Pro subscription tier available at $5.00 CAD per month via Stripe.

3. Pro Subscription

By subscribing to the Pro tier you agree to the following:

• Payment of $5.00 CAD per month via Stripe
• Your subscription renews monthly until cancelled
• You may cancel at any time by contacting us through our Discord server
• Refunds are not guaranteed but will be considered within 48 hours of a charge
• Pro access is granted through a password provided via our Discord support ticket system
• You may not share your Pro access password with any other person
• We reserve the right to revoke Pro access without refund if these terms are violated

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our tools or services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our tools
• Share, redistribute, or resell access to our Pro tools
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures on our website
• Claim that our tools are officially affiliated with Roblox or the developers of Sailor Piece

5. Accuracy of Information

The value list and market data provided by Bricks Value Hub are estimates based on community trade data and analysis. We make no guarantee that the values provided are accurate, current, or complete. Trading decisions made using our tools are made at your own risk. Bricks Value Hub is not responsible for any in-game losses resulting from use of our tools or data.

6. Service Availability

We make no guarantee of uptime or continuous availability of our website or tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time without notice.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of London, Ontario, Canada.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and announced in our Discord server. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
